This legendary street documentary focuses on the relationship between Guy Fisher and Leroy Nicky Barnes, the two most notorious drug figures in the New York drug trade during the 1970s.
Fisher, former owner of the world-famous Appolo Theater and the first black man ever to own the Apollo; and Barnes, named "Mr. Untouchable" by the NY Times, were at once friends, competitors, and allies in the struggle to control the lion's share of America's heroin trade.
